About Barbara
A mom to two little ones, I have been in the fitness industry since the age of 18 when I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I went on to get my degree in Exercise Science.

I have taken many nutrition courses Precision Nutrition being my favorite. Certifications such as Pre and Post natal and many TRX courses. I will continue to evolve and grow as a fitness professional.

My main goal is to help as many people as I can through movement. It’s so much more than trying to get six pack abs or the perfect body. It helps reduce anxiety, build confidence, bone density, longevity, strength and endurance.

Workout to be happy and healthy. If you want to reduce body fat that comes with diet and can be a whole different discussion.
“Workout to be strong and confident, eat to be healthy and energized, whatever body comes with that combination is your BEST body".
